As a resident I became involved in the utilization of point of care ultrasound in clinical trials in anesthesia. I have been involved in multiple national and international teaching forums in this field. In the future I hope to further my research in the field of POCUS, cardiac anesthesia and critical care to improve clinician education and clinical outcome.
