Circle of Willis Model
Download STL Files
This version is the least modified adaptation of the original Circle of Willis model.
The source model was downloaded from (https://www.printables.com/model/1029987-circle-of-willisarteries-of-the-brain). The file was processed in Tinkercad to remove several smaller branches that are less relevant for anesthesiology education. A stand was also added so the model can be placed securely on a tabletop.
Print difficulty: Moderate
Material: PLA
Nozzle: 0.4 mm
Layer height: 0.2 mm
Supports: Organic supports, touching the build plate only
Post-processing time: Approximately 5 minutes
Total filament required: Less than 100 g
Place the front of the model against the build plate. Use manual support painting to ensure that all areas in contact with the build plate are adequately supported, otherwise the contact area is too small for reliable printing.
