Foundations Curriculum

The University of Toronto redeveloped the first two years of the MD Program, traditionally called the pre-clerkship, which is now called the Foundations Curriculum.

Our faculty members are actively involved in many courses in the Foundations Curriculum. The Department of Anesthesiology & Pain Medicine coordinates and teaches trauma week in MMMD. Learn more about the Foundations Curriculum.
