Melissa Ho
MD
Dr. Ho is an ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia expert with advanced training in continuous peripheral nerve blockade techniques. During her regional anesthesia fellowship and clinical associateship year at St. Michael’s Hospital, Dr. Ho successfully completed the Certificate Course at the Centre for Quality Improvement and Patient Safety (C-QuIPS) at the University of Toronto. Her research interests include perioperative efficiency, continuous quality improvement and patient safety. She initiated an efficiency audit at St. Michael’s Hospital to reduce sources of delay in regional anesthesia related orthopedic surgeries. Following her fellowship year, Dr. Ho joined the Department of Anesthesia at North York General Hospital as active staff.
