Fabio de Vasconcelos Papa

Dr. Papa graduated from the Medical School of Ribeirão Preto, University of São Paulo, where he also completed his residency in Anesthesiology. In 2009 he undertook a fellowship in Cardiovascular Anesthesia and Transesophageal Echocardiography at St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto, after which he returned to Brazil at the end of 2011. In São Paulo Dr. Papa worked for eight years as a cardiovascular anesthesiologist and was also involved in teaching perioperative transesophageal echocardiography. In 2021 again in Toronto, he completed his Master's in Health Practitioner Teacher Education at Dalla Lana School of Public Health at the University of Toronto.
