Dr. David He is a staff anesthesiologist in the Department of Anesthesia and Pain Management at Mount Sinai Hospital, Sinai Health System. Dr. He obtained his BSc in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia (2002), his PhD in Molecular Genetics (Bioinformatics) from the University of Toronto (2011), and his MD from Queen’s University (2015). He completed his postgraduate anesthesia residency training at the University of Toronto (2020) and his obstetrical anesthesia fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital, Sinai Health System (2020-2021). His clinical area of focus is in obstetrical anesthesia and his academic focus is in perioperative informatics, creating a robust perioperative data framework to facilitate research and quality improvement projects.
