46th Annual Shields Research Day: Call for Abstracts

Call for Abstracts

Individuals who wish to present their research at Shields Research Day 2025 are encouraged to submit abstracts (the maximum number of abstract submissions per first author is three) by Monday, March 3, 2025.

Important Dates

The call for abstracts opened on Wednesday, January 15, 2025.

The deadline for submissions is Monday, March 3, 2025.

Successful applicants will be informed by Wednesday, April 2, 2025.

Authors of successful submissions will be invited to present at the event on Friday, May 2, 2025.

Additional Information

Eligibility

All trainees—residents, fellows and graduate students—affiliated with the department are encouraged to submit one or multiple (up to three) abstracts
Research assistants/coordinators are also encouraged to submit their work, but their work will be considered for only the poster presentation
Faculty members are not eligible for submission as a primary author
