The purpose of the Annual Faculty Development Day event is to showcase and create opportunities for networking, learning and collaborations around faculty development in the Department of Anesthesia, Department of Surgery, and the University of Toronto system.
OBJECTIVES:
By the end of the event, participants will be able to:
Understand and apply best practice techniques in medical education;
Discuss the challenges and future opportunities facing medical education;
Incorporate theory based models in medical education research, teaching and innovation and simulation; and,
Plan for key points in careers transition.
