4 Crucial health-care lessons Canada needs to learn from COVID-19

Dr. Hance Clarke, Director of Pain Services at the Toronto General Hospital (TGH), and Imran Abdool, president of Blue Krystal Technologies and Business Insights, collaborated on a news piece for CBC. They narrate the frustrations on how Canada could have been much prepared for this outbreak and provide additional insights on the evolving situation. 

Is worth to note their mention and recently acknowledgement of Dr. Joe Fisher, anesthesiologist at Toronto General Hospital (TGH) by Prime Minister Trudeau in his daily address to Canada. Dr. Fisher's company, Thornhill Medical, created a novel portable intensive care unit, which has a ventilator and can perform vital signs monitoring. A technology that should have been procured long before we were in the midst of a pandemic.
