Dr. Michael Sklar practices critical care medicine in general medical surgical ICU, trauma and neurosurgical ICU and attends on the critical care outreach teams. He also attends in the operating rooms at St. Michael's Hospital. His research interests include critically ill patients with respiratory failure, mechanical ventilation, and extracorporeal life support. Dr. Sklar holds a CIHR fellowship to study the pathophysiology of respiratory failure in critically ill adult patients.
