Dr. Fedoruk completed a fellowship in Obstetrical Anesthesiology at Stanford University, and her interests lie largely in the management of high risk parturients, both inside and outside of the birthing unit. She is also involved in multidisciplinary quality improvement projects, has an interest in patient safety program implementation and interprofessional simulation. She is currently advancing her skills in point-of-care ultrasonography and hopes to integrate this into her obstetrical anesthesia practice.
Dr. Fedoruk remains engaged in education by teaching undergraduate medical students, residents and fellows. She is an academic coach for residents in the Department of Anesthesia and also leads a mentorship group.
