FoCUS: Focus Cardiac Workshop
On the behalf of the World Interactive Network Focused On Critical Ultrasound (WINFOCUS) and the University of Toronto Interdepartmental Division of Critical Care Medicine Critical Care Ultrasound Group, we invite you to register for our new WINFOCUS workshop
This 1-day workshop on Focused Cardiac Ultrasound (FoCUS) represents the synthesis of over 15 years of experience in teaching point-of-care echocardiography by WINFOCUS members around the world.
The course is aimed at healthcare providers who routinely manage acutely ill patients, especially those in anesthesiology, emergency medicine, critical care medicine, acute care medicine and pre-hospital medicine.
More than 5 hours of hands-on training will be provided during the workshop, with a trainer to trainees ratio no greater than 1 to 3. Registration is CAD $1100 + HST and includes:
- Pre-course e-Learning
- 1-day course attendance
- 2 months post course e-Learning
- Certificate of attendance (prerequisite to the FoCUS International Certification)
