The Canadian Pain Society- 2025 Annual Meeting
The Canadian Pain Society will be Hosting the Largest Event Focused on Pain in Canadian History
May 1 – 4, 2025
Victoria College, University of Toronto Campus
Individuals interested in pain from around the world, come together to share knowledge and expertise on the latest advancements in pain mechanisms, evaluation, and management.
The Canadian Pain Society has a nearly 50 year legacy of connecting healthcare professionals, researchers, scientists, policymakers, and people with lived experience through evidence-based education. We drive innovation through advancement and advocacy to revolutionize access and care for the millions of Canadians living with pain.
This past spring we held a historic medical conference, the first event to be partnered with Health Canada. This National Pain Congress solidified the need for improved integration of pain care within Federal and Provincial/Territorial healthcare policies.
Our continuing partnerships with national organizations and academic institutions drive engagement in innovative research that advances our understanding of pain, encourages collaboration among diverse professionals and disciplines, and widens community impact. The inequity that living with pain creates has been well founded, and equalizing care for Indigenous and other marginalized populations including healthcare for women are some of the focus areas of our upcoming historic spring meeting.
Our Meeting Topics Include Both National and International Priorities:
Women's Health:
The inspiring journey of empowerment and resilience from female leaders in pain.
Indigenous Health:

Substance Use and Opioid Crisis:

Pain and Mental Health:
