2023 Toronto Anesthesia Symposium (TAS) Conference
This year’s theme will bring together experts to discuss our current state of practice and the changing landscape of anesthesia Point of Care Ultrasonography (POCUS) as presented by invited and local faculty. Some highlight topics of the symposium include:
- Keynote Address: Why we should all be using bedside POCUS
- Panel discussion 1 – Unlocking the Potential of POCUS: Exploring Novel Applications (airway, labour and neuro anesthesia)
- Panel discussion 2 – How to become a POCUS champion and POCUS certification
- Nine small group discussions on emerging topics and updates in anesthesia
- Four Hands-on workshops to practice your skills and learn new methods and applications
- Lectures, interactive PBLDs and workshops will be given by University of Toronto, national and international speakers.
