Please be advised that you may cancel your registration for this event up to Thursday, November 3, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. To cancel, please send an email to anesthesia@utoronto.ca and we will confirm that your cancellation has been received.
Non-cancellation: In order to recover various costs, please note that a fee of $200 will be charged to individuals that fail to cancel by the deadline.
