As a staff anesthesiologist at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Dr. Kong maintains interests in regional and obstetrical anesthesia. Dr. Kong has provided instruction in regional anesthesia during morning rounds at Sunnybrook HSC in addition to his work with the PGY2 renal protection seminar. His teaching efforts have been recognized with the 2012-13 Peters-Boyd Academy ASCM II Teaching Award.
