Tuition Awards for Residents and Fellows
On an annual basis, the Department of Anesthesia at the University of Toronto will provide funding for up to 2 tuition awards for residents and fellows in the Department of Anesthesia, University of Toronto. Two separate competitions will be held; one for residents, one for fellows. Both residents and fellows must be enrolled in a graduate level course or program that will be completed during their training period at the University of Toronto. The successful candidate in each category must be able to demonstrate the relationship of the graduate studies to their chosen career path, and how it will be integrated into their existing residency/fellowship program. The award may be applied towards tuition fees only, incurred during the 2017/2018 academic year (May 1, 2017 to April 30, 2018). The awards will be presented at the Annual Shields Research Day event.

Residents or Fellows in the UT Department of Anesthesia
How to apply:
- a brief (one page maximum) description of how the program will be integrated into your career;
- an up-to-date Curriculum Vitae;
- a copy of your course/program acceptance letter; and
- For Fellows only: A copy of your fellowship contract.
